Monuments (記念像) are model buildings you earn for big milestones: clearing a sea, finishing an achievement-list page, collecting everything. There are 33 in total, and each one is also the strongest comfort furniture in the game.
What monuments do
A monument boosts the comfort of nearby tables and shops more than any other furniture, so it is the quickest way to raise comfort. Monuments don’t appear by themselves: check Menu → Shop → Monuments, where you can see each one’s progress and collect the ones you have unlocked. Place them from the Build menu like any other furniture.
Place a monument where its area covers as many tables as possible, for example in the middle of four themed table areas. Before a hospitality challenge, you can also gather several monuments around one table to push its comfort up. Restaurant layout guide

Monument types
- Sea clears: the odd numbers from #1 to #15, one for each of the eight seas.
- Achievement list: #2 to #16 (even numbers), #17 and #18, one for each of the ten pages. All 120 achievement goals
- Nami’s shop: #25 for 30,000,000 berries, #29 for 500 coins and #31 for 5,000 hearts.
- Collection goals: minigames, items, crew levels, the Sky Resort Island, garnishes, facilities, requests, all 237 dishes, wishes, fans and shop affinity. #33 needs every other monument.
