Changes listed in the notice (our translation):
- Gifts: you can now give dishes to characters as presents.
- Character list: added search by name and a fixed sort order.
- New items: added new decoration objects and new dish garnishes.
- Events: adjusted the event scenes between characters.
- Other: various feature adjustments and improved stability.
The notice lists the update's distribution date as October 17, 2026, ahead of the Japanese launch on October 22, so it is effectively a day-one patch. Gifts matter for winning characters over; see the beginner's guide and the character list.
Other platforms
No update notes have been published yet for the Nintendo Switch, Steam, iOS or Android versions. Several reviewers reported frame-rate drops in very busy restaurants on Switch 2 and some text errors; no fix for those has been announced yet. Read more in our review roundup.
